Technology & Quality

A complete process chain covering cold forming, thread processing, heat treatment, surface treatment and sorting inspection, supported by routine inspection capabilities, batch traceability and a complete delivery documentation system.

Inspection CapabilityProcess CoverageDelivery and TraceabilityManagement System Certification
Inspection Capability

Routine Inspection Items

Supporting key characteristic validation and batch consistency control; specific items and acceptance criteria follow the technical agreement confirmed by both parties.

Mechanical Properties

Routine mechanical tests such as hardness, tensile and yield, torque and breaking torque, and wedge loading.

Dimensions and Geometric Tolerances

Dimensional items such as thread accuracy, head dimensions, shank diameter and straightness.

Material and Metallography

Metallographic analyses such as material verification, decarburisation depth and microstructure.

Corrosion Resistance

Corrosion tests such as neutral salt spray, used to evaluate coating and surface treatment performance.

Thread and Assembly

Drive torque, tapping performance and matched pilot hole validation for thread-forming screws.

Sorting

Optical and eddy-current sorting to remove mixed material and crack-risk parts.

Process Coverage

A Complete Process Chain from Wire to Finished Part

Integrated cold forming, thread processing, heat treatment and surface treatment, reducing quality variation and lead time loss from inter-plant transfers.

StageCapability Notes
Cold FormingMulti-station cold forming covering M2–M18 and lengths of approx. 2–160 mm; special heads and non-standard structures can be formed
Thread ProcessingThread rolling and thread-forming (Taptite type), supporting self-tapping, self-drilling and pre-applied adhesive anti-loosening designs
Heat TreatmentContinuous mesh-belt furnace heat treatment for property class adjustment and stress relief, with de-embrittlement process
Surface TreatmentZinc plating, zinc-iron alloy, zinc-nickel, phosphating, Dacromet, etc., selected to corrosion resistance requirements
Sorting and PackagingPacked by batch after optical / eddy-current sorting, with labels and traceability information
Delivery and Traceability

Delivery Documentation and Batch Traceability

Batch Documents

Routine delivery documents such as material certificates, inspection reports and declarations of conformity, provided with each batch as agreed.

Batch Traceability

A complete traceability chain from wire batch to finished part packaging, supporting problem location and closed-loop resolution.

First Article and Trial Production

Dimensional and performance validation records are provided at the sample trial stage; volume production starts only after confirmation.

Management System Certification

Management System Certification and Process Audit

The manufacturing system covers automotive quality management system, quality management system and environmental management system certification, with key special processes passing process audits.

Certification / AuditScope
IATF 16949:2016Automotive quality management system, covering fastener cold forming and related manufacturing processes
ISO 9001:2015Quality management system
ISO 14001:2015Environmental management system
Process AuditHeat treatment (CQI-9) and plating (CQI-11) process audits passed multiple times

Certification Body

Issued by the international certification body Bureau Veritas; certificate information is available for customer audit verification.

Special Process Control

Heat treatment and plating are process-controlled and periodically audited to CQI-9 / CQI-11 requirements.

Audit Support

Supporting customer supplier audits and document verification, providing the required process and quality records.
